Took some time to find the cafe at Marina Square. Food was great and service too. Found a hair strand in the fries and at first the server simply took it back without apologizing and after sometime returned back with fresh plate of fries. I was still waiting to hear the magical word sorry. But no I did not. However after sometime the server came to the table and apologized and gave chocolate cookies. It’s sad that we forgot pickup the bag of cookies offered on the house as we were in hurry to finish food and leave as the restaurant has some strict curfew hours…. Hope someday in future when we visit, we can get our bag of cookies ? :)

They do not serve iced tea, instead, they brew it in the teapot and provide you with a glass of ice cubes. The portion of sandwich egg ben is pretty huge, taste wise was just average, the sourdough was really tasty though. Mushroom soup was not worth the money, it taste bland, no mushroom taste at all, just, weird. Scone’s is big but it seems that the middle part was not fully baked.

Refer to the photo and looking at the poached egg, am I demanding or it’s just not poached? Other then that, piccolo latte was good. Service was alright tho I had to ask for my first set of cutleries and serviettes.

Went there for lunch after going to Kiztopia. Kid'd mac & cheese my daughter likes it. But the truffle pizza is not nice. Not sure of the other menu as only ordered those things.

It cost me $109.23 for your overcooked chicken parmigiana, fish and chips that is not fresh, fish fingers that is not fresh and overcooked chicken sandwich. The amount you are charging customers is ridiculous with this kind of bad standards you offer for your food. Extremely ridiculous and disappointing. The worse western food I had ever in my life! You need to overhaul your kitchen immediately. The service of your staff is good but the food is extremely bad!

Made a reservation at the restuarant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Called up twice before today for some enquiries and was pleased with the wonderful customer service over the phone during the two calls.
My family and I had our dinner there today and we loved the team there. Especially, Mabel (in red), Jason (in yellow) and Ker (gold frame glasses girl in yellow).
Although we did not purchase the cake from them but they helped us store it and when it was time to take it out, they were very proactive to provide lighter, plates, knife and Ker even standby to help us take pictures.
All of them service with a smile and we felt very comfortable and welcome. Food was served promptly too!
As it is a weekend, the restuarant was packed with kids and very demanding parents. However the team were cool and able to ensure everyone is taken care of.

Food is good but we ordered the volcanoe wings which only had 3 wings!... for 13.95! Nearly 5 bucks a wing ...even with a chicken shortage that is ridiculously expensive

If there's an option for no star then I would've chosen that. The service of the staff is terrible, asked for last order at 1945, after ordering for dining in, when receiving the food at 1955, they told us to leave by 8pm, giving 5 minutes to finish the food. What rubbish. The staff even threatened us to leave. The aircon is also on full blast to ensure that you feel their cold attitude. There were also cockroaches having a party on the front desk.
