3 stars due to its shrimp paste (free sauce) it was super salty, it was just like eating salty food with sesame seeds. Other outlets like Clarke quay or Marina Square is better. Service wise, very good, we even managed to have takeaways!!
Great food. I enjoyed the two soup broths (mushroom and collagen). Excellent service, but sometimes a little too overly attentive. I prefer to have some time to enjoy my meal.
Came on weekdays..
The standard is a usual.. tip top.. however the waiter was too busy, hence most of the time he was unable to serve us..
I asked him to get me a fruit platters, after 15mins, the fruits wasn't serve yet.. then I ask another waitress to get me fruit platter..
The foods were okay.
We went there to celebrate my birthday, the staff 张锦花who served us. She is
friendly and good for explained every details of the foods. I like the complimentary fruit cake and mian xian .We will go there again.
The service was good. And patience staff. Their special sauce was good too. Even though was quite expensive. But is worth.
The services were always tip top. Food and soup fantastic! Every guest is treated like a VIP, gives you the good feeling of eating there.
Not the first time for HDL, and it never fails to disappoint! Service crew are especially friendly here and definitely a family friendly place too. Food quality is consistently good so no complains here. They do have seasonal items occasionally and this time it was the clams which taste surprisingly
Love to eat supper at hdl, food are pretty fresh and their selling point is their service. Great vibes!! Best to visit during the off peak hours. However, I wish that the menu is the same for all outlets, didn’t see any kelp side dish at Seletar Mall but was amazed that the one located in Clark Quay
