Went for a buffet lunch last Sunday with my buddies for a birthday treat. I am in love for their cosy, neat and spacious dinning area. I'm welcomed by a friendly staff at the entrance. I'm impressed that there is a kids corner with foods serving at the side and on the tables. Is a kids Friendly environment that will surely attracts parent to dine here. Next is the awesome view of level 32. I'm welcomed by the buffet line up. Quite a wide range of variety of food from salad station, bread & cheese, cold cuts of seafoods (oysters, prawn, crabs, sashimi), pasta stations, Chinese, Indian & Malay cuisines. Last but not least the dessert station, is all line up nicely. Tried mostly all the dishes, what amazing is the freshness of the dish. I had worst dishes served by tip TOP hotels that serve overcooked seafoods and blant taste. This buffet is served towards Singapore tastes, with a twist of international taste. Love it as a singaporean and as it is a well peaceful place to dine, will definitely go again. To add, by using posb credit card could entitle you with promotion price of 4 adults for the price of 3 adults. There is only one dislike and is the air conditioner area my seated area. Perhaps I'm sitted near the windows at the end thus aircon were not available. Would also expect service staff to ask and serve coffee and tea. Well over all, is great and is worth the all 5 stars comments!! Great job done, guys! 👍🏼
Great environment 32 floor, with amazing view! Most important the lounge staffs very approachable, friendly.. definitely had a great time to enjoy my afternoon tea, btw the seafood and champagne afternoon tea is worth it !
Great foods with nice views! My friend and I have enjoyed our 1-for-1 buffet dinner yesterday. The cold seafoods are very fresh especially the lobster. Fried Hokkien mee and beef sherperd pie 🥧 are great 👍!!! Will definitely be back if there is 1-for-1 promotion again.
Nice room. Nice hotel service. Nice staff. Great breakfast with a good variety of choices. Enjoyed the infinity pool.
But small gym and no shower near to the pool. No sauna and steam room for the hotel guests.

The staffs are ever so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast, tea time and cocktail dinner at WESTIN Executive Club. They are so attentive and their hospitality are excellent
Seasonal Taste is awesome! The seafood are fresh and desserts are not too sweet. The hokkien mee is highly recommended! It contains rich "wok hei" and sweet taste from the seafood broth. As we were there to celebrate my mom's birthday, the restaurant not only prep a slice of bd cake but also gave her a bd gift. This little gesture wow her since it was the first time that she received a bd gift from restaurant we patronized. Thank you very much for the good service and keep up the good work!
Excellent location and professional staff. Especially enjoyed the offerings at the Executive Lounge. Will definitely try to stay here again.
