There are so many Turkish Restaurants in this area. Everyone so fancy and cater to tourists and tourist prices too. Istanblue is down to earth, simple, no fuss on decor as they focus more on putting their money and expertise into THE FOOD!! You can taste the freshness of their food, their spices and friendly service. Everyone that has been there just can't believe how good the food was. Pick anything.... you can't go wrong. Don't leave with out having Kunefee and Turkish Tea. OMG!! I can't wait to go back there again!!

Mixed grill is very very worth the price for the portion. All the lamb and chicken is seasoned very well. The spinach and chicken pide taste fantastic. The peach and mango juices are so refreshing and delightful. I recommend the sutlac rice pudding is the bomb!!! its super milky and not too sweet. Will come here over again!!
We chose to eat turkish cuisine since 4 of us never really eaten authentic Turkish food (other than kebak). We ate here as a friend's parents like to dine here. We never regret our decision.
The deco is simple yet beautiful. Ordered mix-grill, hummus, turkish bread, ali nazik, kunefe amongst others. The wait staff were helpful to give suggestion. A pity we couldn't try the pide as the chef in-charge didn't work tonight. It was a wonderful dining experience, made even more pleasant by the surprises from the staff, chef and/or owner. Thank you very much!
came to eat here with my daughter and ordered one spinach pide with eggs, one ali nazik and shish kebab. the dough of the pide and the pita bread were so soft and tasty. the chicken and lamb were delicious especially the baba ganoush sauce that came with the ali nazik and the butter rice that came with the shish kebab. the owner was especially nice and even served us turkish tea on the house. ordered the baba ganoush and butter rice to go as it was so delicious. was also given an $8 voucher for our next visit. 10/10 would eat again.
First experience of Turkish food. It was a wonderful dinning experience. I liked every dish which we ordered. We waited quite some time for the dessert, and it's was worth the wait. 👍
We ordered hummus, pita bread, spinach and egg pide, the instanblue kebab and kunefe for dessert. The kunefe was a standout dish! Pide was pretty unique – lighter than others I’ve tried, and the addition of egg was a nice touch that reminded me of a less oily egg plaster prata 😁 Kebab meat was certainly higher than average in SG, although from what we recall what we’ve tried in Turkey is still better.

had a scrumptious meal here & a very satisfied customer!! then portion for mixed grill for 3pax was just nice & i truly enjoyed the spinach pide, good combination of spinach & egg! looking forward to coming here again plus… we were served by friendly & warm staffs 👍🏼😃
Excellent food and service; have been here a few times. We were hungry and were waiting for our food. The staff noticed and offered us complimentary tea. We really loved and enjoyed the Beyti Kebab. It was affordable too. Will definitely be back!
