Review Project Acai - Singapore

Still the best acai brand around after all these years. For hygiene considerations, I would suggest staff to place cutlery on piece of clean serviette on the tray, instead of placing directly on the tray, as I witnessed diners returning used trays back to the pick up station.

Had a medium nuts for acai bowl. The acai was nice but a little too sweet for my liking. would highly recommend offering an unsweetened acai option. The nut butters were great though. on a whole I don't feel it was very worth it... the acai portion for the medium bowl is quite small and I think 9.80 is a bit too expensive for such a small bowl

Acai berry blended into a healthy, fruity dessert is amazing. They serve drinks as well. Vegan friendly. Fruit is very sparse, not as generous as I'd like. The pairing of fruits and nuts are very nice and fit with the blended acai. They accept card and e payments. They have a restroom as well. They serve drinks and coffee as well. Seating and lighting is pretty alright.

Nice ambience, aircon indoor to eat acai might be a bit too cold for some. Great food, $9.8 for a medium bowl

Saw the reviews here and most shared that the staff are friendly. Just sharing my personal experience. (1st Visit) - Dropped by when it was almost 10 mins till the last order. The cashier was friendly and took my order. However, there was a lady in the counter where they create the açai bowls suddenly shouted towards the cashier, “WE’RE CLOSED ALREADY!!!!” This was a total rudeness, in terms of treating other staff and the outlook of the outlet. My girlfriend and I definitely left shocked and angry afterwards. (2nd Visit : 18 January 2022) - Finally after 6 months from the first experience, was craving for something sweet after my workout and had no choice but to give this shop a try again since the place I usually buy my açai bowl closes at 730 pm. As usual, cashier was friendly and took my order. When the food buzzer rang, I went to collect my order from the counter and then I didn’t really notice that there’s a container for the buzzers so I placed it on top of the counter. One of the staff just frowned at me and pointed towards the container without saying a word. Talk about the worst customer experience. Definitely not worth it and the açai was meh, underwhelming and pricey. Avoid this place at all costs.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Go to Haakon instead, cheaper and it’s worth your money.

My heart sank a little when my hummus toast was ready for collection at the counter. For 8.50, it was a petite portion - maybe more kids - like . 2 mini toasts . While I love supporting local f and b , I feel this was a little too expensive to pay for. I won’t order this again . Also ordered the medium lemon açai bowl which was lovely and balanced in taste , not too sweet . Not exactly the most pocket friendly at 10 plus dollars but once in a blue moon indulgence perhaps.

Acai bowls are typically viewed as part of a diet of a high-SES fitness fanatic. Perhaps due to the nutritional value that the acai berries provide, not to mention the healthy fats and fiber from the purée and fruits that often accompany them. Project Acai’s Lemon Acai Bowl ($10.30) redefines the notion as it’s palatable even as a dessert option. The blended lemon acai base strikes a balance between the tangy and sweet. Coupling this with fresh strawberries and goji berries, as well as the crunch of almond flakes and granola, the added complexity makes the dish worth the buck. Although, it is because of this fact that this dish is best shared; the flavours tether on the side of ‘jelak’. Nonetheless, it’s worth coming down with a friend or two to try on a sweltering humid afternoon.
