Have tried the other Keisuke ramen places but not the lobster one so decided to give it a try. 1st impression of the restaurant is the interior decor is really nice, loved the big bell hanging in the middle of the restaurant.
Menu is pretty standard with the variety except the broth combination changes in every page. Not sure what to expect from the clear lobster broth so ordered both to try. Ordered some sides and the flavoured sodas also. The gyozas were really good and well fried the edges were so crispy, could have easily ordered another serving. The mushroom was simple comfort food to enjoy. The sakura cola had flowery taste but couldn't really taste any yuzu from the yuzu cola. The lobster clear broth was good and I felt it was just nice for a soup with lobster flavour. The rich was was okay but I really expected it to be richer because I felt the crab one was thicker than this.
Pretty worth ordering the special bowl because it almost has 1 of each side to try, and the best has to be that lobster balls. Overall pleasant experience and staff were pretty friendly.

Thanks for being one of my favourite concepts. It's heartbreaking to see what has befallen CQ due to Covid. We couldn't try the prawn gyoza and have one of the beers but it's understandable since it's their last week.
Not a Keisuke VIP/Legendary member but my every visit here has always been satisfying. Thanks for the memories!

The lobster ramen rich broth is nice as it’s not overly rich whereby you will get sick of it after drinking >half a bowl of it. Noodles is nice and firm too.

Soup broth is definitely one of the best in SG. However the noodle is a bit disappointing. I choose it to be hard but super overcooked.

We love this chain for their ramen and gyoza.
This branch in particular is specialized in lobster soup ramen.
The gyozas are consistently good though the portion of prawn gyozas comes with only three pieces - way too little for $8.80. Not only the portion is too small but we actually preferred the pork gyoza (which comes in a normal size portion).
The ramen are great if you like lobster soup. You can customize in your order sheet with pretty much any combination you like.
One highlight was the Coedo Craft Japanese beer. Fantastic taste. Different from every Japanese beer I have tried before. Really good.
Service is attentive and quick.
We will come back.

Near entrance of clarke quay. Glass windows huge bell in the centre. Polite staff and serves fast. I ate on a weekday lunch time, so not much of a crowd here. As per all keisuke branches you can customise. I selected the full toppings. Broth is acquired taste but I like it. If you are ramen fan and have tasted seafood ramen, this is one of the better ones

Please note that lobster here refers to the rich lobster broth and not lobster meat being serve.
The soup/ broth is aromatic & intense even of the clear soup & choice of less intensity. Yes, you can even choose to lower it.
The prawn Gyoza is delicious but comes in 3 only.
Is there such a thing as too much after consuming a bowl of this richly flavoured ramen? You be the judge. I cannot finish a whole bowl of the broth.
Get a special bowl with all the ingredients if you want to try everything.
The restaurant also provide FOC hard boiled eggs on the table.

This ramen shop has Long queue at anytime of the day. However, I think the food quality isn’t as good as other Keisuke brand.
The soup isn’t very rich (I ordered normal) the ingredients are made of prawn, not lobster.
The restaurant decor is nice though. I think Kani King is better and cheaper.
