Love the freshness of the seafood, the sweet flavours, the umami, amazing blends of ingredients that doesn't overpower the main star of the dishes. Definitely a good place to try or go back to.
Tried Shinji @raffles, Shinzo, mandarin Orchard, Goodwood park, but yuzu is definitely on TOP of the list. May fav Japanese Omakase and sushi in Singapore.. comfortable setting, fun Taka-San Chef. Been there more than 4-5 times and will still be going back.
