This is not a cheapo type of Japanese Restaurant. You pay what you get. As long as your budget allow, you should be getting real quality Japanese food. They have a bunch of friendly staff; espcially Ian. Will definitely re-visit this place again soon.

Just had the ieatishootipost set and it was da-bomb! Every dish was exquisitely executed. Chef checked on us frequently if the dish served was ok with us and which dish needed no sauce. Like what Dr Tay, it's more than just oiishi, it's shiok. Thank you!

Went today with my colleague and my 9mths baby. The crew was nice and friendly. They played with my kid, entertaining him while we eat. I had a great night and will return.

My company had our CNY Dinner at Teru Sushi for the second year running. Our CNY dinner last year was amazing so we thought it's a good idea to do so again this year. There are some open sitting area, a few tatami rooms, a lounge area with sofas and a large screen TV and at the back a pool table. Depending on what is your mood there is a place for you. Teru serves a variety of whisky, cognac and sake as well but we go there mainly for their food and friendly services. The chefs are always very pleasant and easy to talk to. If you are not sure what you like, the chefs always have good recommendations. Their ingredients are fresh and the price is reasonable. If you drive, there are ample parking at the back of the restaurant. The nearest MRT station is Outram Park and you have to cross the overhead bridge to SGH side of the road to take a bus. It's just one bus stop away but will take about 8-10 minutes to walk there. Will visit again soon..

Started with only 6 oysters, having read the past few bad reviews. Quality was excellent and we ended up ordering two dozen more. Food was great, chef was most affable.
