Nice and chill ambiance to dine. The soup, compared to other BKTs I tried in Singapore, is less peppery and sweeter. I also like their youtiao, very solid like bread. Overall not bad, would come back again.

Fantastic BKT, family friendly place. Wonderful dishes - must try - fish, cabbage, soups and tender pork leg. One of the best in Singapore :)

My favorite spot for Bak Kut Teh in Singapore. The shop I will bring guests and out of town friends to. OTBBKT have been here at the same spot for as long as I can remember. Flavorsome salty, pepper soup without that overwhelming amounts of heat commonly found elsewhere. I personally prefer the traditional Bak Kut over the pricier, tender short ribs or dragon bone. Stewed pig's trotter here tend to be have more of the skin, fats and tendons. Stewed many hours over a small fire leaving behind beautiful gelatinous bits. Not to be overlooked are the stewed condiments of mustard, bean sticks, peanuts, bean curd and etc. With the car park just steps away, it doesn't any more convenient than this.

Excellent pork spare rib soup. One of the best if not the best I have eaten. The soup is extremely tasty with pork taste and not too peppery. Given my particularly sensitive taste buds, I have to give top marks to the soup. The ribs are cooked just right, is indeed a skill required, where it's tender but not to the extent that it just falls off and feels like bitting into soft bean curd. If so, this is easy to make, all you have to do is just keep boiling it for a long long time. A restaurant not to be missed!

The bak kut teh was good. Not so peppery. The plain kway teow was a good for plain rice. Boiled vegetable - tang oh - was also not bad. Overall the food and the portion was reasonable.
