Solid place to eat, first time went there btw. It was 3pm on a saturday, they were alot of people but we managed to get a table plus we didnt book a reservation so we got lucky i guess. But there were alot of students around so the atmoaphere abit loud but thats just normal when the number of people alot in a closed space.
Lvl 2 we went up the staircase its pretty narrow so one side have to give in either those going down or up. On lvl 2 there is a toilet infront of staircase.
Things i find cool is that the menu is online, u need to scan the QR code at the edge of the table. Personnaly i feel the QR code should at the center between two table so that everyone can scan easily.
Having the toilet nearby is good but if u were to ask me for my thoughts i would say to place like curtain or some form of blockade so that when people they dont see the toilet within their view. So its more comfortable that way.
There was one skinny guy a waiter, he is a malay guy i think, i like the method he serve his customers definitely. Any question we ask him like recommendation n such. Pretty chill person.
The food there is very filling so no worries plus this comes from a guy that likes rice so that good. The price is not bad slight expensive but yep. I tried the elvis burger, there was banana and peanut butter so its an odd combo but its cool tho.

The salmon unfortunately was very dry but the chilli fries were good. We tried the calamari but it was very chewy and rubbery. They could be a bit more generous with the sauce on the fries but overall the service was good.

Excellent service by the staff working on last Saturday, despite the busy environment at that district with full houses cafes and restaurants. We were completely exhausted and starving so you can imagine how frustrated we felt when we couldn't get seats at the other establishments.
In the end, we settled for Fat Papas. This wasn't my first dine-in experience at the outlet and definitely won't be my last either. The food was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, friendly and superb. They even go-the-extra mile for us and we'll definitely go-the-extra mile to come back for more! Thank you for making our Saturday beautiful.

Their new payment and menu is efficient. Just order and pay all on their mobile website from the QR code at your table. Makes it easier for you to just get up and leave whenever you're done.
This time I've gone ahead with the Elvis burger (banana and peanut butter. Weird combo, but Elvis knew what's up.) If I were to rate the burger alone I'd give it a 3. The bun was the worst part. Super dry and crumbly. And I wish they were toast it a little bit. The meat was well charred but it was also a bit overdone (well done compared to a good medium for a burger which is how I usually like it). The dry bun and well done patty just made the burger overall very dry.
The value is great though. The burgers include fries and a small salad. And for a top up of $2 I went with the sweet potato fries which were perfectly crisp and meaty! I also am glad they're one of the few places that have complimentary tap water... So hard to find in SG!

Went there approximately more than 5 times already, the burgers are good! Interesting dishes on the menu. The patties of the burgers are rather thick and i personally cant finish a burger all by myself huhu. Quite a moderate portion! All in all food is good
However, the space of the restaurant is rather packed and small. I dont mind it but its quite hard for bigger families and especially family with kids and toddlers/babies ( have to go up to second floor if there's no seats on the first ) hence it can be rather inconvenient for those with prams & etc!

I went there for lunch with my friend. We can personalize our burger and it has a lot of options to add. The portion is big - at least for me. I love the juicy patty!!!
the resto has a nice ambience with street art style. The staffs are nice and fast

My first time visits for lunch.. Tho we have to wait a while for the table.. the staff were very polite and handle the crowd very professionally.. Food were awesome, service were tip top. Staff were were very attentive towards the diners and service of food quite fast too. You have a bunch of dedicated staff who loves theirt job. Good job keep up the good service

I'd rather consume a double cheese burger in macdonald.
This is my first time in the Northpoint outlet, I had high expectations for the food here, the Shroom burger was too bitter to be consumed it was worst every single bite. And the overpowering garlic flavour from the buns.
However the service was okay and accommodating, but without good food there is no point coming back.
I highly reccommend people to not come here, at least the northpoint outlet.

The food portion was good but I felt uncomfortable with staffs re- arranging chairs and tables, utensils as well as bottles of ketchup and chilli while we were eating. The loud sounds of all those mentioned didn't make us enjoy our meal. In addition, despite music being played at the main speaker, the staff even on their own music from their phone makes it even noisy for us to enjoy our meal. It seems that they were unhappy working or giving us sign to finish up our food fast. Totally understand that they need to clear their jobs as fast as possible but with banging and dragging loud sounds is not appropriate.

On my first visit to this punggol outlet, it was tremendously impressive in terms of staff service and food quality. That led me to return on my 2nd visit in just 2 weeks. However, I am extremely appalled by the audacious effort taken by the chef to serve me an absolutely burnt bottom bun and best of all, burnt beef Patty that was crunchy. I have never ever eaten a crispy Patty. I have taken an image of how burnt the bun was and it was left all over my plate. The staffs definitely saw it but none has the integrity to enquire or apologize for the chef's integrity. The whole Burger was left with an after bitterness due to the charcoalness. Will I return? I dunno. Would it be savory or bitter on my next visit? Parents who plan to visit and order a honey oat bun which is dark in color, I suggest that u check on the buns before the kids tuck in on the Burger.

The burgers were all awesome (we tried 4 types). Fries was marvelous (we tried all flavors). We also tried Mac and Cheese (v. nice) Meatball spag (filling) and Fried Steak. But apparently the fried steak was a disappointment. Were told that it was the signature... But the taste is far from it.Huge portion but tasteless..
Nonetheless overall service is tip top. Will definately come back for the burgers and fries...
The place is pretty small though. So parents with young children and prams, u gotta put ur prams outside. Definately no space for prams inside the cafe..

The food was fantastic and very delicious... My 3 year son loved his meal... The best service I have ever came across... The staffs especially a filipino staff (who wore a cap, not sure of his name) was friendly n helpful... The manage was good too, very polite n helpful... Overall, love this place.. Will definitely come back again and will recommend ppl too.... Keep up the good job guys!!!

Went on weekday and waited about 20mins for food to be served. Ordered Chicken Kebab which was tender but over grilled as surface was black. Served me a wrong burger and waited for another 20mins. Rather pissed with no apology from two staff. I cancelled my order but 3rd staff came to reconfirmed my cancellation ... She offered complimentary but need to wait for another 5mins cos burger was served to another table. Haiz...

It's my first time here and I find that the patty was awesome! What's not great was when their staff were doing closing ! !
I reached at 930pm but they have already started clearing up with banging of ketchup sauce and chilli sauce, they even on their own music from their phone despite music was already being played in the shop, draging of chairs and tables which just shows like there's no respect to the customers and we were not the last customer to arrive. So overall, I didn't enjoy my meal on my first time here. I hope their staff can improve more on this.

This burger shop was close to my hotel and it was great! Aussie beef is used for the patties and I ordered myself a Mahalo burger. Very satisfying meal!

For burger we ordered Wimpy Beef & Bushtucker Burgers, Fish & Chips, Chilli Cheese Fries, Salted Egg Crab Pasta.
All of the dishes that we ordered were delicious except the Salted Egg Crab Pasta. It doesn't taste of salted egg but it tasted more on the milk but the soft crab was nice.
Dish portion was good... Overall, satisfied with the food, ambience & staffs.

Joo Chiat outlet. Really disappointed with the quality of food and the service staff.
My beef patty came raw and the turkey bacon was burnt beyond recognition (not kidding, I have a photo if you’ll like to see). And the irony in it was on the menu it said, “all burgers are well done”. Well I Guess not!
Service staff were just really hesitant and unhelpful. Breaks my heart.
I really hope to see Fat Papas do better.

Customer service was rubbish. The waiter was impatient for our orders and everyone else weren't the friendliest with the exception of a couple. Food was mediocre but took forever to arrive. Not worth the hype.

Waaaa dude fastest service ever! Ordered housemade ice lemon tea, couldnt even blink twice and that glass was on my table.
Food nice, the fried steak was huge. I will try to work my way trough the menu.

Came 1st time. Food was great. But again the waiting time to get through the door wasn't pleasant.
Wanted to go for 2nd visit for birthday meal 13 Apr 2018 but didn't managed to even get pass through the door. I made reservations at 7.30pm. We came early abt 7.20pm but still not given seats at 7.45pm. And waiter came out to inform no table yet. I understand that u cannot chase customers away if they dun want to leave. But if u can accept reservation, then the table shld hv been reserved. Such a disappointment. We just walk off as we cannot wait anymore coz we were too hungry. We were not the only one. Not sure if we will ever consider gg back again if the queue/reservation system remain the same. Mgmt pls consider properly ur reservation or queue system.
