Great service, despite being busy, staff saw us lingering outside but there was no empty tables, he immediately came out to handle the situation. Great selection of icecream flavours. Had pistachio, chocolate, butterscotch and baileys coffee and waffles. Everything taste great, but not too use to the taste of the bailey coffee, and the butterscotch was abit too sweet for my liking. Overall was still good.

Excellent ice cream! There were a lot of flavours never-before-seen at other establishments, such as the grape yakult which we really enjoyed. Be prepared to wait especially if you are coming after dinner. Will definitely return again if we are ever in the area.

Came here for ice cream after dinner on a Monday evening at ard 7.45 pm. It wasn't too crowded and I scored a seat outdoors. Tried their lychee beer sorbet. I couldn't really taste much lychee as there was a strong alcohol taste but I liked that it wasn't too sweet and was light and refreshing. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Would def come back to try more flavours and their waffles :)

The Valrhona Chocolate Ice Cream is really good. Thick, dense and solid! Very chocolatey indeed! The salted butterscotch is also very good! Fantastic ice cream here!

Worth the freaking Try! personally love the Chocolate stout & Nutty beer ice cream flavors - The people there are so friendly - The ambience is chill and cozy (def a place where you could bring friends and just have a great time.) - the price is just right! considering i bought a scoop of their premium flavors. Had a great overall experience. Can’t wait to go through those doors again One scoop isn’t enough. Its just That Good.

Icecream shop was fully packed @ 930pm (Sat). Ordered 2 scoops (Vanilla & Salted butterscotch) to go. Both flavours were creamy and yummy. Salted butterscotch is a must try! A great balance of salty and sweet. Definitely not overly sweet & it has the small biscuity bits too :) Edit: waffles 10/10!!

Great place. Waffles very decently priced. Wasn’t expecting much but they turned out great. Nice and crispy. Staff members helpfully have me extra maple syrup when asked. Salted caramel ice cream was great and the chocolate was nice too. Would definitely come back. All three lady staff members were nice and friendly. Highly recommended and good price as well.

Best ice cream place handsdown. Sincere and friendly bosses, with authentic handmade ice cream which never disappoint - with its genuinely full, rich flavours and generous portions. Can never decide on a favourite flavour because everything's legit too good. Keep up the awesome job guys! :)

Dear sir/mdm, This review is directed towards the Tampines Hub outlet. Would just like to say first that I've been a very happy customer at Merely, alas I would just like to write a review in hopes that improvements can be made from this incident. My friends and I came to buy 3 scoops of ice cream and waffles at the Tampines Hub outlet. We separated 2 scoops of ice cream as advised by the staff which I found was odd, because the waffle I had in Bencoolen outlet could fit 3 the three scoops without a problem. The 2 ice cream scoops came first before waffle arrives. So we waited for the waffle; however as our ice cream was melting, we went to ask how long the waffle would take to be ready. The staff just told us it had been ready but was just waiting for us to collect it (without given notice whether it had to be collected or served). Would hope that in future for better customer service as I'd had figured there should at least have some initiative to inform us at least whether it should be collected or served. Also, I would like to clarify if the waffle sizing is supposed to be different from the Sunshine Plaza outlet? Thank you very much and hope to hear from you soon.

I engaged Merely Ice Cream for my wedding two Saturdays ago. Everyone who attended the wedding event said that the ice-cream was delicious! It is one the best decisions thar i have made, to engage Merely for my wedding. Ying Wai was there at the wedding as well. He scooped my favorite breakfast cereal ice cream for me when he saw that I was running all over the place. Really thoughtful of him. Overall, Merely is a must if you stop by sunshine plaza. Great icecream & awesome people :)

Wide variety of delicious flavours here, we try single scoop salted butterscotch with waffles(��).. should improve by offering patrons a small cup of ice water will be great or on self service machine .. Free tasting is great idea n available here..
