DELIVERING STYLISH EXCELLENCE
This Japanese casual restaurant has endless charm and it is by far my favourite place in Singapore. It's small, smart and sophisticated in its simplicity. The food is star quality and the staff way beyond nice.
Cannot wait to be back to this place for its tiger prawns, the TFS chirashi and matcha cheesecake and I am planning to visit its sister restaurant OKU Japanese Tapas Bar as I hear it is the hottest new Japanese restaurant in town.
Hadn't been in Singapore for a while and this place turned out to be a great ew discovery. Service is outstanding with the owner being genuinely interested in your opinion and OMG the sushi is good! Can't wait for my next visit to Singapore!!
Thank you for having us to enjoy a great lunch today and complementary slice of cake which was a sweet surprise for my colleague birthday, will definitely return again. Nice coffee and the green tea red bean cake not too sweet!
Small alley bar along Amoy street. Love the food here, esp the onsen egg, Super good! Sashimi and sushi are good too! The downside it's a little exp.
abit pricey but totally worth it. Especially the TFSChirashi don

We love this place. We always keep coming back. :)
We love the cosy ambience and the very warm people! The sashimi and sushi bento were delicious and very well presented. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake for my dear friend!
Food is pretty good and the menu has a decent selection - though on the higher side. We had the Wagyu don as recommended. It was good, but we expected more due to the rave reviews and the price. The prawn ramen was a nice surprise, broth very robust and flavourful. Our favourite was the chicken karaage - it was excellent. Happy Hour is til 7pm.
Service was ok, seemed to only have one guy taking the orders. A small gripe was that upon making the reservation, they assured us that we could use Burpple Beyond but when we got there they had forgotten the date and realised it was a PH eve and therefore we couldn’t. Was disappointed because we wouldn’t have come here otherwise and would’ve done a different day when we could use our deals.
Otherwise, it was overall pretty good.
Prawn Mee Pok ($16). Izyfook has replaced Izy Dining and Bar at the same location, now serving up our favourite local dishes in a chic and funky ambience. Expect to see celebrities hanging out here.
Besides char siew and roast pork from Roast Paradise, there's also this mee pok in a tasty wet sauce full of prawn and pork taste. There's also sakura ebi for umami and texture, and hard boiled egg. I can only imagine this would be more perfect if they had used more premium prawns, but it's already an addictive bowl of mee pok which I ordered a second serving just for myself (since the first bowl had to be shared between three of us!).
The prawn noodles and iberico red curry really good! But the price was on the high side! Portion is not very big. We used burpple one for one! :)
The food was quite expensive but we used the burpple beyond 1-for-1 deal to get the tiger prawn ramen and grilled chicken. It costs $33 in total. The food and service is great, the waiter kept refilling our water. The seating area is at the back of the restaurant and feels very different from the front of the store, felt like we were walking into Narnia. I'll probably come back some time to try their pork dishes.
