Legendary cocktail, you can’t really choose what you want to get but it is customised & improvised based on what you feel on the spot. Very interesting experience. Chicken heart is perfectly done.
Very nice bar. No cocktails menu, they will simply ask for your taste and make something for you.

Great place for personalized cocktails & interesting small dishes! Be sure to reserve ahead to get a table. We walked in and was lucky to get a table, timed for a 1 hour visit

Cocktails based on how you feel, still annoying yet wonderfully comforting after all these years. There’s no menu, so if you’re a first time visitor, be prepared to describe what you’re into. Recent visit, I spent the evening getting lost in a progression of herbal liqueurs and bitters. Side plates are fantastic (try the wasabi beetroot).
Bar was bustling but not too loud with the BGM for conversations so people werent shouting. Dropped by after dinner to checkout the Singapore Cocktail festival drink. V well executed Lychee cocktail with yuzu juice, sake notes. Pairs well with bar bites.
Got the chicken hearts which are so delicate and soft centred. The light yuzu garnish with chives gives some balance in textures and citrus flavours.
Pork jowl was also grilled nicely with a smoky finish with the egg yolkish sauce.
We finished the day with a white and frozen negroni. Very well done! Would definitely drop by again.
A must visit if you’re in Haji Lane, or generally in Singapore! Comfy and personal atmosphere. The bar staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fierce cocktail creators. Friendly bartenders and staff. Strong cocktails which were absolutely delicious, and great vibes all around. Not to mention the really cool concept of describing the flavour profiles you like and having a cocktail made around that. Can't wait to visit again!
