This is one of my favorites at VivoCity. I decided to head there for dinner with my spouse. To my surprise, they are closing for 2 months to renovate. I am looking forward to the refresh decorations and menu. The customer service is good but the person who took my order seemed to be a tad too impatient. The soup of the day is Chinese herbs pork soup. My wife loved the soup and it is double boiled to perfection. I ordered the fried rice with crab meat and eat white. This dish does not disappoint and come in generous portions. We also had the fried white bait fish with truffles. This is a signature starter and it is fried to nirvana and richly infused with truffles. The price is not cheap but you get rewarded with good food and an arresting view of Sentosa. Could not wait to visit them again in September when they reopen.

Arriving after the restaurant's peak lunch hours, there were available tables. We were ushered to the table located next to the floor-ceiling high windows that overlook Sentosa.
We ordered dim sum dishes. All items were good and consistent with Crystal Jade's standards. The specialty BBQ pork collar was tender but we preferred the normal "char siu" quality.
We encountered a problem with a staff when we used the Crystal Jade card but this was resolved when a more experienced staff intervened.

Excellent service! Great food too. Only took 3 photos as we were too hungry to snap the other dishes. Delicious noodles, the roased pork slices were heavenly, cripsy not much fats. Roasted chicken dish was served the last would have been better if it came earlier, nonetheless the chicken dish was perfectly roasted, succulent skin roasted to perfection. Corn soup and herbal chicken soup were rich in taste. We had a good time and great dishes for my birthday lunch. Ended it with lemon grass alow vera deser. Awesomeness in a bowl. Thank you.

Service was good and fast.
Ordered Egg white fish meat conpoy : smooth and melts in the Mouth.
Sautéed chicken hot stone : not too salty.. Flavourfu.
Deep fried mushroom corn : cooked it just nice with nice mushroom taste.
E-fu noodle live prawn : noodle not oily. Prawns used are fresh.
They certainly lived up to their reputation.

Unassuming frontage that opens up into a restaurant with a great view of the sea and RWS. Been here twice for dinner and watched the sunset. Food here is amazing - must haves include truffle eefu noodles and steamed egg white. Do make a booking before heading down especially for meals during the peak season.

I always love the food at Crystal Jade. Consistently good at all their outlets. The roast belly pork is a must. Service is of course wonderful too.
And they serve smart towels as indicated on the packaging. You can connect to your smart phone. I am kidding.

First time at Crystal Jade in Vivo city. Fabulous setting overlooking sentosa. Service very good and very accommodation. The star attraction was the Peking duck which was probably the best I've had for a long time. Also another fabulous dish was the crispy crackling caramelised Pork Belly. Just delicious and beautifully presented. Overall fabulous meal with friends from the UK and we will definitely return soon.

Xiao long bao's meat filling really sub-par.
"Shen jian pau"生煎包 cannot make it...not crispy at all...not authentic enuff. The rest of the food so so. Peaking duck really not authentic. Thru out many restaurants in sg- cos sg style only have duck skin...the flesh is use to cook with noodles!!!!

Good food n good service esp the crackling roast pork, ordered a second helping. Beef tender ,and the steamed patin fish was fresh but price on the high side $78.

Been here many times during weekdays afternoon. Food is getting tastier and impressive presentations. But the deeper impressions laid for the first time is Today. Maggie Wong{ Supervisor} had been very attentive and she gave in her warmest services to everyone .
