Sushi Mitsuya - Singapore - Photo album

Underwhelming. We’ve been to Mitsuya since its early days and enjoyed their omakase. This recent visit the quality and selection of fish was below par for the expectation at this price point. While the presentation is still top notch, there are better options (especially in this area) at this th
Very disappointed with the quality of the food. Sashimi was not fresh, culinary execution below expectation considering we paid $200++ for omakase. Poor choice of fish, mostly very fishy, need pickled ginger to wash it down. Not recommended for this price point
We had the Omakase at Mitsuya. Jeffrey, our chef took care of our tummies and Wei Mun provided outstanding service and entertainment. It had some special items on the menu which you have to try without thinking too much :) The quality of the food is as good as it gets. We had exclusive uni, fish, cr
Went for dinner and they only have omakase menu. It was awesome. I picked the $130 umi omakase. The service was amazing. Since I was alone, the only people to chat with are the chef and waitress so they took their time to explain the dishes to me, how to eat them and pair them with the sauce, and t
A very intimate ambience. Unlike the more commercialised versions of omakase restaurants. The food is awesome!
Pictures don’t lie guys! There to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, so aside the awesome fanfare, chef Harada San also made a “sushi cake”, which is greatly appreciated! Protein is fresh and marinated where it matters. And every bite is like a heaven sent. Will be back soon. Be warned, you need abo
Loved the lunch set and presentation of the food! Had lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday, and she was given a nice little surprise cake made from sushi! Food was good and would love to go back again. Staff were nice to accord us with a room during the reservation process, so that our toddler won
Personable service, the staff were amazing. Restaurant was very busy when we visited for Omakase dinner but the service staff was on hand to explain the menu to us and even stopped to make small chat. While waiting to be seated, we stopped to chat with a couple of regulars, very friendly vibe here.
