Pastries and sweets were mostly great. Pistachio croissant has abundance of pistachio creme filling but it's too sweet and lacking the pistachio taste. Else the pastries are delicious and not as pricey as other shops.

Favourite coffee place, it instantly brings me back to Aussie! Pasta was incorporated with unique ingredients. The sandwiches had a sweet touch to it and was surprisingly filling.

Very disappointed! I had some positive dining in experiences at Brunetti in the past, so I decided to buy a profiterole cake for my dad's birthday. I ordered it a few days in advance, to arrive at approx 3pm today.
Received no news about it and it did not arrive. At 3.40pm, I called them asking, only to learn that it was still at the restaurant! The person on the phone was polite but unhelpful. Did not give me an approximate time it would come or a reason it was late. Just told me the delivery guy had not come. Even if it was the delivery guy's fault, why did no one follow up with the delivery service in the 40 mins or let me know it was delayed?
At 4.10pm, I then received a message that it was on its way. It ultimately arrived at around 4.30pm. That's more than an hour later than the time it was supposed to arrive! I received a box of 6 small chocolates as compensation, but my dad's birthday plans were ruined, how could we celebrate without the cake? AND DELIVERY WAS $20!!!!!!
Was very disappointed with the delivery experience, but otherwise its ok. They accomodated my request to add a short happy birthday message on the cake and the cake arrived in good condition. It looked nice but tasted so-so.

Dropped by on a Saturday evening for dinner; place was pretty sparse and wasn’t noisy at all, nice place/ambience to chill/catch up.
Service was alright however staff who took my order wasn’t exactly sure about dishes on the menu when asked.
Food was great, not fantastic but definitely worth coming back again with a wide array of desserts to pick from.
P.S - spaghetti might look a little awful but only because we requested for it to be cut into shorter strands for easier consumption due to braces (was delish nonetheless!)

Had a late breakfast here on the first day of 2021. Indoor seating was full so we had to settle for an outdoor table. We had the Big Breakfast and Eggs Benedict with brioche; well cooked, delicious and very appetising too. The cafe latte and orange juice were great too. Shall be back to try their other full meals.

Nice setting. Spacious dining. A lot of options on the food menu and at reasonable prices without ++ tax and service charges.
The staff do a great job in cleaning up and running around serving people and they also give a friendly goodbye on your way out.

A lot to like about this place. No service charge, reasonable prices, good variety and food is actually very decent too! Smash avocado on toast for breakfast was the highlight for me

I actually used to like this place 2+ years ago. I visited them yesterday again. While the line was short and I was second in line, the second server kept serving the people behind me time and again and completely ignored me. Even after I raised my concern to both servers, they persisted the practice.
I ordered the burger. The buns were stale and had a slightly sour taste. I left it aside. The burger itself was way overcooked and burnt. Only the fries tasted ok. Probably my last visit.

I've visited Brunetti several times and always love to come back for the ambience and the friendly staffs. We were served by Ahtis and Taha, who went extra miles for our special requests--- cooking the smoked salmon of the egg ben as I don't take raw food. I've also ordered by favourites: ice tea with lemon sorbet (taste heavenly!) and mushroom risotto - with rich cream and strong flavour of mushroom in the right amount without being overdone. Keep up the good work and the high standard of food!

Its OK, can do sooooo much better. Being in such a central location with plenty of foot traffic from tourists, expats and locals you're really set up for success. Menu selection is pretty decent but service is v average and you may need to trim down the menu offerings because your staff and equipment can't keep up. We visited on a Thurs afternoon for lunch and 2/3 things we wanted were unavailable including a fruit smoothie cos your blender was broken. Your staff look tired and over it, no hello, no smiles. Would I bring friends or recommend you? Of cos not. Would I drop by occasionally when I'm at the mall...Maybe. occasionally.

Why Brunetti? Why is there no staff at the ice cream take away bar? Why is there no staff bringing us to our table? Why is there no one to take our order? You have 5-6 staff on the floor but none is attentive to our needs.

Slow slow service and inconsistent and below average food. Given a stellar location and plenty of foot traffic, this a shame. The fact that it would be so easy to make this place an institution just reflects even more poorly on the effort put forth.

One of the worst service ever. My blood was boiling just be eating there. How difficult is it to ask for chili sauce. After more than 10 minutes, asking 3 waiters, and everyone almost done with their meal then I was served the chili sauce. Won't ever dine there again

Food is good. But service standard is way below average. Used to frequent Brunetti in the past. Visited again a week ago to discover the unacceptable poor service by the staff. They seemed to be cold and indifference on what ever they were doing. I wonder if the management is even bothered or awares by the increase of unsatisfied patrons giving feedback. The feedback given should be a wake up call for action to be a taken immediately. Customers who bother to give feedbacks indicates that maybe they are hopeful for improvement to be made. The worst scenerio is disappointed customers do not even bother to give feedback as they have totally given up hope on u and will never ever return again for repeat business.

Having been to Brunetti on a regular basis over the last few years, I am so disappointed in how the service has deteriorated. Whilst the food and coffee is good, the service (or lack of) is so appalling that it leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. I will not be returning.

I suggested Brunetti to my best friend for desserts after a birthday meal elsewhere since I've had gd experiences in brunetti (both Melbourne and sg) previously. However, last night experience did not meet my expectations. We arrived at 8 plus, tables were not cleared and none of the staff came to bring us a menu- i didn't expect to be served since we were eyeing the macarons, cakes and ice cream. I took a menu to take a look at the menu. A waiter ran to use and told us that the kitchen is closed. He spoke with his mouth full.
My mood to indulge in pretty little cakes went stale. After we paid, the same waiter told us that the juice we ordered was not available and shout across the counter that they only had orange juice since it was late. We still tolerated that, it was our "fault" for coming at night anyway -_____-.
The same waiter served us water (which I appreciated) until he spilled water on the macarons. He laughed at his carelessness and walked away.
My friend later ordered some macarons to takeaway, she paid and continue to eat with us while waiting for them to pack. When we were about to leave, we came to collect our takeaway box. The staff said that "you have to make payment" whereby my friend told him that she have already paid. He did apologize later unwillingly. He might have been embarrassed thus the grumpy face. Nobody knows what face he made but I do know for a fact that I wouldn't want to go or suggest to any of my friends to go to Brunetti again. :(
