Wonderful teppanyaki experience served from the heart. Brought the family there for dinner to celebrate a special occasion. Thoroughly enjoyed both the food (had the seafood as well as the grilled meat sets) and the service (from the chef, wait staff as well as the owner). Chef Rocky was pleasant, engaging and funny. Fresh ingredients combined with great skill resulting in a wonderful meal. Thank you for the great culinary experience.

Amazing location. Amazing view. Great staff. Super friendly. Fun show as we got to watch them grill in front of us. Food was fantastic! Better than other Michelin star places we tried. Check this place out and enjoy the experience! Don't have all the food pics but trust me it is worth it~ go for the teppanyaki! So worth it!

A bit pricey but quite worth it.
Pizza was OK, my family would recommend but it's a bit burnt in my opinion.
The kid's menu burger is excellent, I tried a bit of it and it was amazing! The patty is made in-house and its very flavourful, juicy and tender. The flavours blend very well and its flavourful but not too salty, so it's suitable for a younger palate.
Fries are also very tasty, generous size with a good amount of salt.
Mushroom soup was very thick, not very pleasant...
Spaghetti was alright, not the best I've ever had but still palatable.
Club Sandwich was also quite meh. The lettuce and tomatoes on it were fresh and sweet though!
The decor is nice, and the place has a breezy, open feel to it. The bar is also quite well decorated.
The tall, dark-skinned (Indian?)service staff (who was wearing a red sandbank shirt on 23/11/21) had a pleasant and friendly demeanor and commendable service.
Overall would recommend for families with younger kids near East Coast Park who don't mind spending a bit more.

Pet friendly. Food is super. Although slightly pricey. Ordered beef, which they kindly sliced it for us I think for convenience, which is super helpful, when our hands are kind of full , watching my poodle. Beef is juicy n tender. Pork ribs well seasoned and super tender when I can eat with just the fork. I wish the salad portion be a little more. The waitress attended to us was friendly and attended to our dog with affection.

Excellent place. The location is fantastic. It is right by the East Coast park, so you get the lovely ocean breeze. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And the food is absolutely amazing! Try the lamb rack (however, I don't think you can go wrong with any option).

Nice dining, prices are reasonable, food quality is very good. The rack of lamb was very nicely marinated and excellently cooked to perfect medium. Service staff are very friendly, guest oriented, professionally efficient. Dog friendly, and staff immediately brought water for our dog after a little dog run exercise (we didn't thought of it yet then) very very pleasant and heart warming gesture. Will return and highly recommended, especially pet lovers.

Spend our weekend at East Coast park dog run with our dog Baileys. Had our lunch at Sand Bank. Food wise is good. Like the pizza very crispy. Good day to spend with your dog and had lunch there.

Great seaside restaurant.
You could see an unblocked view of the ocean, an amazing view. Well ventilated, to escape the heat of Singapore.
It was a perfect place to be in, to enjoy the sights of the ocean, enjoy the breeze of the ocean
Wide variety of drinks available, from alcoholic to mock tail, even the different of tea.
For the main courses, there were sufficient choices to select from.
Overall experience was great!

As it touts being a kid friendly venu we arranged to meet friends. The only kid friendly thing at breakfast is that there is a grotty pool for the kids to have a dip. No kids breakfast menu and the menu overall and food quality is average. Budget white toast with eggs - i may as well go to Kaya toast and pay a third of the price. Nothing terrible but nothing special about the place. Looks like an OK venu to catch a sports match though.

Ms Tina is a lovely lady. She is very friendly and helpful. Overall, the service staff were attentive and polite. We went for its buffet breakfast. Though the variety of food is limited variety but it's good enough for breakfast. We love the laksa. Nasi Lemak is good too but a bit dry...maybe can improve on this.

Area is good. Nice area. Ample parking and comfortable seating area.
However it woukd be good to have more fans or air movers for the outdoor seating area.
Food is fairly decent and fairly priced.
Staff however... one server / waiter in particular probably needs to do his retaining in customer service. if you’re not keen to communicate or listen to customer requests it’s high time to look for a new job.
Because of a feiend’s baby in a pram at the seat closest to the exit, we requested nicely for him to serve from the other side of the table. Maybe another 10 steps or less.
He pauses... rolls his eyes... and grudgingly says ok.
Wow!!!! I am impressed by the DILLIGAF attitude of this guy. When I asked him about his change in face and eye rolling he has he cheek to say nothing is wrong.
A good place can go to ruin just because of one bad experience. Very dissapointing.

I ordered the calamari - it was hidden inside a mass of burnt fried batter and grease. My daughter ordered a kids meal, and refused to eat most of it - over cooked and greasy. The 'chef'- and I use that word loosely - should be embarrassed that he made hawker-center fried fish look like a 5-star meal compared to the rubbish produced at Sandbank. Left us feeling sick - literally.

Great service, awesome atmosphere, and excellent food (: came here for a birthday celebration and was treated to awesome cake on top of great mains. Would definitely come back here again!

Tina is so wonderful and attentive to our needs. Love the special flavours of the pulled pork pizza and crab pizza! The hawaiian pizza has seafood! Very unique! Prefer having the traditional taste of just simple ham and pineapples which is also child friendly!

There's something for everyone here and it's a nice place to chill! Beautiful view of the sea and amazing food! Will definitely be back!

Amazed that staff, manager and the 2 rats running in and around the restaurant were cool with the arrangement - and found our discomfort amusing. National Parks do their part but since Sandbank think that’s good enough, this place is one for me to avoid in future!

We held our second son first birthday at sandbanks on 29/10/16 and we were truly happy with the good foods and services that came along with it. I communicated w Wendy, sales, through emails and she was able to accommodate my request for a customized menu. At the cafe, Ace, the manager who oversaw the running of the birthday event was truly attentive and had constantly updated me on the drinks, food served and he even helped with directing guests to empty tables and finally to the cake cutting .. the crew was also friendly n very effective in cleaning up the plates. Our guest enjoyed the food and the atmosphere the place provided. Cheers!

Amazing venue for a party and weekend hangout! We held our boy’s first birthday party here and it was the perfect ambience over a Sunday, with a mix of indoor and outdoor parts to the restaurant and fab reviews from our guests on the food! Service was top notch and Wendhee the events lady took care of everything meticulously with close follow ups from our first discussion. Definitely going to be back for brunches and dinners, and possibly a little paddle for Baby in the Baby pool! Highly recommended!!!

Went back in 2 yrs to celebrate yet another of my kid’s 1st birthday here. And as expected, 5 stars for food, ambience and service. Keep it all guys, will be back for more outings

We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and I would like to thank the people at SandBank for their generous hospitality and thoughtfulness. The service was excellent and the food was good. Thank you very much!

Good for value , food is good as well as the service. A very nice restaurant at east coast park and you might find some cute dogs there :D

Dinner was good. Must try is the chicken satay burger at $19. We topped up with soup and drinks. The beer was a very small glass. Not worth the top up at $10. The ice lemon tea as very diluted.
Be careful those who want to hold an event there. If you have buffet, they charge you per person. If more than the number of pax confirm attends, they will monitor and count every person who enters and tag you. Not quite professional. Plus they will charge you additional even if they don't eat. Its like a club entry charge. Additional drinks for the event is by a la carte. Probably it is good for corporate event but not family gatherings.

Amazing food and excellent customer service for the manager that was on duty on 22/05
