Visited this place on a Saturday afternoon as it was highly recommended by my friend. I am quite shocked that I did not know about this place earlier. The food was awesome and coffee was great! The ambience of the place was almost a perfect place for one who wants to read a book, catch up with friends or simply, chill. It was spacious and serene. It was a sight to witness one of the servers who worked non-stop - from taking orders, making drinks, preparing drinks to cleaning up. Kudos to the company who managed to find such a hardworking employee. (The person may just be the owner, I really don't know.) I can't believe that I only know about this place just last Saturday and now, it is moving to another place. I really do hope the new place can provide the same sense of warmth and calmness. What a gem.

Had the Chili Crab bao and Pork Belly bao with the combo set and they were both delicious! The Salmon Mentaiko Rice bowl was very satisfying too. It's a very casual place so for the kind of place, the service was adequate.

Very chill and nice cafe with minimalist decor. Oh and the lobster roll was simply out of this world. What an explosion of flavours in my mouth (:

Fantastic fusion of today's delicacies into traditional 'baos.' Many cafes have tried to do their own 'fusion' of foods, and i must say, Bao Makers have done everything right!

Came at about 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Made a reservation for 2 and was surprised that the staff wrote my name down on a cute little blackboard sign! Staff was also very attentive and switched on the AC after seeing that my Aunty was feeling hot. Had 2 baos and 2 cups of coffee- just enough for tea! The iced cappucino was actually really nice. Wasn't too crowded and cosy ambience :) would come back again!

Highly recommended! Had the Fish & Chips the first time I was there (which happened to be the first day they officially opened!) and it was superb! The crust was thin and crispy on the outside while the fish is moist and fresh on the inside. My friend ordered Chilli Crab Bao that day and it was really really good too! Besides being real meat from crab, the chilli sauce tastes sweet and spicy. Really a treat for chilli/spicy lovers like us! The bao, the bao was perfection too! The second time I brought some of my friends from Belgium there, they absolutely loved the roasted veg bao and the teriyaki chicken bao that they ordered. (: Service was wonderful as well! Thank you The Bao Makers!(:

The restaurant serves unique and fantastic fusion food that I’ve never anywhere else. I love the idea of each dish was designed. Chili crab bao is a must dish to try. I had a great dinner here. Price is around $40 per person.

Had a really good time here. The good is that the food is really lovely - had the Chili crab Bao and the blackened chicken Bao and both were nice. Garlic fried rice was also good, as was the steak sandwich and the kecap chicken. The crab pasta was good, but it came out and was cold. Beers were not as cool as we would have liked. Good experience though on the whole.

Ordered the buns previously for my gathering. This time round, we are here to visit the cafe! Ordered 9 different varieties of buns and the chili crab one was the best! Also ordered 3 other Maki rolls. The charcoal taco was the bomb!

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and got outdoor seats. Food was great - the beef sando and beef pasta were my top choices. They didn’t get the doneness of the beef quite right as I had requested for medium but it came more like medium well but still tasted good. Coffee was also very good. I will come back again to try other dishes. Overall a pleasant experience and delicious food. By the way, they don’t serve drinking water but you can purchase still or sparkling water for five dollars.

Good dining atmosphere. Bao flavors are rich and tasty. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Yuzu drink tastes so-so, won't recommend it. Definitely will come back again.

First time here and loved the ambience, decorations already. The food have a wide range and all are really tasty. Food is served pretty fast and can accommodate quite a big table of around 8-9 guests.

First time here but I really enjoyed the food. Bao was delicious - I ordered the mushroom and black chicken. Lunch set was a really good deal too, we chose the mentaiko pasta (has a good bite to it) and the teriyaki chicken (tender with slightly crisp skin). Also tried the bonito fries and the portion is really generous, will probably need 3-4 pax to finish if you are ordering individual dishes. Will definitely return again :)
