Nice place to dine with a touch of romance in the dome. The booking fee is slightly on the high side for just a few hours. But it is worth the money when you have the right companion! Great for those who want to impress their loved ones for a unique dome dining experience ( with take-away).

Capitol Singapore is a large and interesting mall. The mall is easily accessible via MRT ie., City Hall MRT. Several buses call at this mall as well. Despite being aestheically pleasing and very well connected (for transport), something is amiss as the mall seems to have low traffic.

There is now an underground linkway from city hall mrt to capitol and it is also linked to Adelphi. In the past it was necessary to walk on the ground level and cross roads, carry umbrella when it rains but now it’s not necessary. It's been more than a decade since I last visited before it was revamped. The usual impression often strikes me is the small space practically has nothing to see or shop. I really like to have dinner with my friends at the restaurant here. The transportation is very convenient. It is near the MRT station. The environment is elegant and quiet. The food is delicious, but the price is a little expensive!
