Had dinner last night at my favourite pizza place for more than 10 years! Their staff were excellent, accepting us even when they had their hands full. Vanya was especially very helpful and attentive towards our comfort and dining needs and made us feel really comfortable. She will be one of the reasons why we will return for even more delicious pizza. Keep it up Ricciotti!

You will be spoil by choices with the numerous thin crust pizza choices in their menu. The pizza and freshly made and all are very good. As for pasta, I highly recommend Tagiliatelle alla norcina. The pasta are soft and the pork sausages and tuffle cream gives the right amount savory and aroma to the dish. The restaurant is rather warm, the aircon doesn’t seem to be working and I guess the spotlights make things worse.
The price is on the high side and the staffs are super busy. We need to trying to catch hold of them for placing additional orders or just to refill the water.

Awesome dinner last night here to celebrate a friend's birthday! Great range of red wines,pizzas,pastas and anything Italian. Thanks to Raj and Vanya for their service too. This restaurant has been ard for more than 8 years (survived the pandemic which speaks much). Will definitely come back again. Social hour 1 for 1(from 12 pm to 7pm) is worth it too

Definitely, the worst Italian cuisine experience in Singapore. The bread was so far from being fresh (the waiter told us on it: “So what? We cannot bake it fresh every day” 🤦🏻♀️); the service was rude and the waiter was removing the mask all the time; and look at this BEEF lasagna - there was literally no beef in it, just a lot of layers of dough.

We’ve been coming here on and off for many years. The location is nice and the quality of the food isn’t bad, but it’s always been a little on the pricey side for what it is and there are so many Italian options in Singapore, that there isn’t really a compelling reason to come here other than convenience if you happen to be in the area. To me, this is more of a touristy place than where I’d expect locals to go.

Truly disappointed with their service. When we gave feedback on the pasta seafood for their freshness, the Manager answered "most of the other table have the similar order, however none of them give the feedback" and the chilly was chargeable.
Overall experience was 101% disappointed! not even a single sincerity of our feedback.

I would only vote for pizza is the best this restaurant has prepared . Came here on Saturday.. there’s a 1:1 drink for all beer ages till 8pm.. quite a deal. Unfortunately the restaurant is lack of staff and poor 2 waiters tuning around the whole night to serve all tables! We didn’t get to refill our water several times we asked and I believe the waitress tried her very best. The crab pasta is less creamy to by liking . The stewed mussel is rather bland in taste. The fried calamari is well prepared and yummy with a dipping sauce. The seafood spaghetti is average and the grilled Wagyu beef was lovely.. perfectly grilled to the medium rare doneness. The pull pork pizza is unique but I love the thin crust type. Ambience is casual and enjoyable dinner.

I had dinner cod fillet with spinach and potatoes on the side go with glass of pinot G torre it was good wine recommended by staff.portion was just perfectly for me .fish cooked very lovely ,,and I had tiramisu for my dessert it was perfect .
I enjoyed my dinner with the river view ,sitting outside, they turn on nice music.
Price worthy for great dine.
Would love to come back again before leaving Singapore .

Very high quality Italian food, premium ingredients and well cooked. Osso bucco sublime n white asparagus expertly cooked. Great service with knowledgeable wait staff. Definitely coming back n great view by river too

A huge grazie to Ryana and Chef Matteo for the warm hospitality they gave our daughter's family birthday gathering last night. The team crafted a sharing menu covering all the highlights of a hearty, homemade Italian meal - from breads, salads, homemade ricotta; pastas; a generous pizza platter; and a dessert board that pleased everyone - every course was greeted with plenty of oohs, and followed with much "aahs" after tasting.
They had excellent attention to detail, as both Chef and Ryana would often stop by to ask how we were doing. Bonus points for playing the "Happy Birthday" song, followed by "Let it Go" on the speakers!
The riverside location with its plying boats with a view that gave way to lit bridges was perfect to occupy energetic little tots in our party. Thank you once again!

We just came from lunch at your outlet in Star vista. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. First service is bad. We had to call for service to order our food where order is taken with a glum face and when the pizza arrived, we were not given the plates and cutleries. After waving for a while, my colleague gave up and walked to the station to help himself w plates and stuff. And when the server sees that, he simply ignores him and didn't even bother to help.
Then when the chix set lunch dish came, food is so tasteless that my colleague just refused to finish the food. When we asked abt the chef, the server simply looked at the unfinished plate and asked what's wrong. No smiles, no apologies and no attempt to fix our bad experience at the cafe. This will definitely be our 1st and last time to this restaurant

Lovely atmosphere with comfortable, large cushion seating. Seafood risotto and crabmeat linguine were sublime. Was even served 2 strawberry shots on the house for Valentine's Day by friendly staff. Thank you!

Me n my family went to the Riverwalk branch for lunch on Sunday 4 Dec 16, and we checked the opening time was 11am. We reached there n was told opening at 1130am??
We waited for 30 mins before being "invited" to go in and we just chosen our table. As we sat down no comm between the staff n us. She just placed the paper ( weekend brunch) on the table n walked away. My kids love the Al Granchio pasta as we frequent the Star Vista branch till they closed down. Then I checked with the guy (a Caucasian) any ala carte, he told me no only brunch.
Then I sat down n he came over to take our order we ordered 1 pizza only and after taking our order he walked away and passed the paper to the lady staff and she asked again "can I take ur order"??
From here me n my wife fuming. We walked out of the place. We didn't expect this kind of service from this restaurant. We are utterly disappointed.

Great food & great service! Your staff informed that the cod fish for the day is not fresh and not recpmmended to serve to customers. Despite the disappointment, I'm impressed by this professional service. Grilled sea bass was ordered instead. The sea bass is fantastic too!
