My family of 4 ordered the following items:

Seafood Platter for 2
1 bottle Peroni
2 Ginger Beer
1 Bitter Lemon
Every single item on the meat platter was delicious. They even used vine tomatoes which were really sweet and juicy. Highly recommended for meat lovers.
For the seafood platter, I find the calamari the star of the dish as it was really tender and juicy. The rest of the seafood such as slipper lobster and jumbo prawns were fine but the grilled snapper fillets were too dry and chewy.

We had my 50th upstairs with a group of 20 of us. What a perfect venue, the staff were so accommodating the food was perfect . Everybody was impressed with choice of venue. We played our own music, had use of the PA for speeches. Thank you Mallory for your professionalism. Good memories
So two things: Thing 1 - if all you whiners are offended by Dallas Suntec, next time go to Dallas Boat Quay. Thing 2 - for Christ sake, don’t order complex food, they’re not in the Michelin Guide, but they serve the most flavorsome Angus burgers and herb crusted fries in Singapore served by the slowest and most layed back waitresses and waiters in Singapore because that’s the culture. Get over it.
The food portion is a mouth-watering big portion for big-eater like me. I'm glad to meet Maricel who made the date with my son this afternoon so wonderful. When I hesitated over the choice of an ala-carte main course dish, she said she can replace the ala-carte main course to the set lunch. I get the best of both worlds, just top up $4 more to get an appetizer & coffee. They also have a promotion of steak & wine for just $29++ every Wednesday.
Dallas Suntec is an amazing place full of energy and good vibes. A big thank you to Karen for making it a memorable celebration. Food is a delight and service is outstanding.
We held a surprise birthday lunch with a small group of friends at Dallas Suntec. It was our first time for all of us. Our guests and ourselves were very impressed by the classy ambience, abundance of natural light, view, the well plated and flavoursome food; and the customer centric, prompt and excellent service. They kindly gifted us a complimentary desert for the birthday person. We are impressed with the well managed establishment. We had a fantastic time and look forward to being back.
I made a reservation with them for New Year's Eve at the Boat Quay outlet and I must say I'm impressed by their service and quality. Love it that their interior is spacious, not overly bright and romantic. The portions for the food were just right and one of the better steaks I've eating so far. Their staff were attentive, yet unintrusive. Totally would recommend this place!
We had a great lunch at Dallas Boat Quay this afternoon! Service by Miss Lou was fantastic! The restaurant was short handed, and she was alone, we had 15 pax at our table, and other diners too, but Miss Lou arrange the tables and chairs and took our orders and served us as fast as she could, with a huge smile. She attended to all our request. Food were delicious as usual! Thank you Miss Lou, you went the extra mile with your excellent service.
