Uya Japanese Unagi Restaurant - Singapore - Photo album

Nice cosy environment, you can see the chef bbq the eel from the dining area, the staff and attentive and responses quickly. Probably one of best Unagi I’ve tried in Singapore. Thou it can’t be compared to the once I’ve tried in Kyoto, this is good enough to satisfy my craving. Nicely grilled and fl
There was a 1 hour wait when we reached at 12.05 on a Saturday but all the items we ordered were great! Sashimi was fresh and tasty with freshly grated wasabi. Located on level 2 of Wheelock Place and reservations are recommended. The unagi is very fresh and perfectly balanced in flavour and texture, allowing one to taste the fresh and delicious flesh without the overpowering of seasoning. I also like the unagi egg rolls and the salmon skin salad. Definite
