Long overdue review. Came here for a quick lunch. Had a full carbs meal. But it was well worth it. One of the best pizza’s I had. Very delicious. Gnocchi tasted good, but it was too filling. Wish I had ordered something lighter. Definitely a place I will visit again soon to try out other dishes.

Nice and cozy place at the heart of Arab street. Pizza tastes delicious. Pizza dough was very fresh and soft. Surely a nice place to try Pizza paired with traditional Italian wines (If you like Red, Nebbiolo is must try). Staff is really humble and hospitality is very nice.

We also had a daily special Napolitano style pizza, with one of the best crusts I've ever had.
Though my review might seem hyperbolic, there's no exaggeration here, really a delicious experience.

Omg, loved this place. Great service, nice atmosphere, and they didn’t treat me like a leper for dining alone. The pizza crust was fabulous, as was the honey/chili/salami pizza. I want to go again!!!!

Went there to celebrate my gf birthday. The food was simply one of the best I've tasted. Their bread, pasta, pizza and even their tiramisu are mouth watering. Will definitely head back.

Decent pizza and can be quite delicious occasionally. Usually get the Diavola or Salsiccia but the preparation can be very inconsistent and many times there’s only enough topping for one slice. Pizza is better when the crowd is at a minimum.

Very good wood-fired oven pizza. I’m a pizza enthusiast and I’ll say with confidence this is in my top 3 in Singapore. The margherita di bufala was intensely good. Yes, intensely good. Ordered the squid ink pasta with crab meat too and slurped that up like my life depended on it. The lava cake HOT and gooey on inside with a slight crust on the outside (exactly how I like it), but I do wish the dessert menu was slightly more imaginative. Service was top notch! And the beautiful cosy interior surely didn’t hurt my positive experience. I look forward to being back!

Fabulous authentic pizza's and lovely freshly made pasta. It's become a regular spot for us if we are wanting good quality Italian food. It's casual and relaxing style is great for an easy night. It's not fine dining, but great food a good relaxed atmosphere.

The pizza is good! It is like those I tried in Naples with chewy base. Very delicious and big and generous. We also tried the seafood stew which is rich and flavourful. The antipasti was a bufala salad but not as generous in portion as it was only a small bowl. Service was alright.

We just 'popped' in last week without knowing anything about Cicheti. We were drawn to its charming ambience as we entered and appreciated the boutique-y yet laid-back appeal. The food was amazing! The complementary ingredients provided a taste sensation and every bite was savoured! I know I sound very dramatic but the food really was that good! We visit Singapore on a regular basis and Cicheti will become a regular dining attraction.

The pizza and pasta are great. u guys need to brush up your customer service. The reservation system needs to be improved. I was pushed to pay my bill before I have finished my food. Seriously, this is really unacceptable in the F&B industry unless u guys want to compare yourself with kopi tiam.

Cicheti always delivers and last night was no exception .. Consistently great food , service and ambience. My " go to " Tratorria for authentic Italian fare and always well received by guests .... The Venezuelan 72% Cocoa Cake was a bomb !!! Keep for the great work folks !!

The food was delicious but they need to improve their reservation and dining experience. We had a 6.30pm reservation and order 3 dishes: 2 appetizers and 1 pizza. When we wanted to order the dessert, they told us, it is 7.40pm now and the dessert takes 15 minutes to make so we can't order that. It is rather disappointing since we have always come here to take pizza.
Firstly, they need to improve on their reservation time slot. We arrived on the dot, 6.30pm. The dishes should have came swiftly one after another instead of waiting in between if they are going to limit the dining time to 1hour and 30 minutes.
Secondly, shouldn't they have a 15 minute grace period in between the bookings? They expect us to leave on the dot and the next set of customers to come in on the dot. There were 2 empty tables next to us, couldn't those have been converted to 2 seaters for the next batch of customers?
Thirdly, when I gave the feedback to the manager, he still insisted there are other desserts that can be ordered and arrive immediately "like that". Well, does that mean we should just eat anything because it is convenient? We are paying for it, therefore we should have the right to choose.
Lastly, during the whole course of the dinner, we were rushed as they kept on wanting to clear the plates. We were not even done.
No offense, the waiters and waitresses were nice and patient. But this got to change as the whole dining experience ended on a bad note.
What a manager should do when I gave the feedback on the spot would be to show understanding instead of telling me to order something else.
I would seriously reconsider coming back, especially after recommending this place to many of my friends.

Beef carpaccio hit the spot! The little unique touched also made a difference in the pasta dishes. I had the vongole spaghetti and it had these spicy crumbs that were yumzzz. Love the tiramisu too! Will try the pizzas the next time.

Phone service was bad....we called from our room (which was quiet) but was told by the other side that our end was very noisy ....each time (3 times) we called, they said our end was noisy 😳. Food was mediocre....took a long time for pastas to arrive.
