My family ate here and ordered some takeaway for me - it was great! I can only imagine how much nicer it would have been to eat it freshly served.
Had beef phad thai and chicken pineapple rice - custom orders for me since I don't take seafood. The phad thai was tasty and not overly oily unlike many places; even the beef was done just right (not overly cooked as it tends to be) - still tender and flavourful.
The chicken chunks were nice (not dry, which is hard to avoid) and the pineapples were juicy - it didn't taste like cheap canned ones. Rice was fluffy and tasty, and again not overly oily.
You can tell that the chef knows what he's doing! Kudos. Highly recommend it!
I felt I was transported back in time when I stepped into this place. Reminded me of those eateries I used to eat when I was a kid. Cozy and homely.
Service was awesome! Staff was friendly. It felt like family.
Now on to the food..my personal favorites were the Seafood Tom Yam Clear Soup and Garlic Pork. The soup was served with generous ingredients and tasted like the one from my favorite stall in Bangkok. Garlic pork was fragrant, I think it could go very nicely with beer!
Some of the other delicious dishes like the fried kangkong and fried basil rice were a bit too sweet for my liking, but then again it's individual preference :)
Oh and the Mango Sticky Rice is a must-try! My mouth is watering as I write this review, LOL! Try and you will know what I mean!

Just had over meal. The price was very reasonable . The food was finger licking gud and the dessert was to die for. The customer service was tip top too. Will definitely go back to enjoy and taste the other dishes.
I have the privilege to be able eat at Thai Goldmine together with my family even before they went full operational...Good quality Thai cuisine with very affordable price...Home-make prawn cakes are to die for - soft and full of flavor, one of the best I have so far...Awesome fried egg omelette with chicken - fragrant and with crispiness to it! I would head back again, highly recommended!
Always a fan of Thai food. Food is superb. Been back few times and they never disappoint us. Must try this little gem. Highly recommend. Food is not too spicy however you can request if you want it to be spicy.
The pineapple fried rice was to die for. It was delicious and it had a big portion to boot. definitely worth trying.
Celebrated a friend’s birthday this evening. Ordered the Tom Yum, Kang Kong, Basil Chicken with Century Egg, Omelette, and the grilled Pork.
Everything was super delicious! We especially enjoyed the Tom Yum as it was not too spicy and had a nice creamy finish. It was also filled with plenty of seafood! The grilled pork is also a must try! Very well marinated and when dipped with the chilli, was a perfect combination!
The staff was very friendly and attentive, even offered to help us to take a photo.
The other dishes was very good too and we ended the meal with the Mango Sticky Rice. The mango was sweet and the sticky rice was served warm which provided a good contrast.
Highly recommend and will definitely come back again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Today i ordered food for my mini birthday celebration with my close friends and i was so happy because of they touch of detail in ordering details and even advising on how much food would be enough for everyone. Food was good and my friends even asked where i had made this order. Definitely must try !!!! And thr kind gesture of adding a dessert for thr kiddies and also a lovely message of happy birthday too.

Tasty Thai food with great service! We had one of every appetizers and they were all so good; please get the homemade prawn cakes (super fresh!), hatyai fried chicken wings, and spring rolls! For mains, I'd recommend the tom ka gai. :D
This is a new casual Thai eatery with a very huat name. Located near Jalan besar, city square mall and mustafa, you can park near any of these places and take a 1-3 minute stroll over to Kitchener Rd. Nearby culinary landmarks are scissors cut curry rice, Sam Leong road pig organ soup and putien restaurant but Thai Goldmine will surely threaten their business w incredible value for money, comfort and authentic Thai flavours!
I highly recommend the basil pork and Thai fish cake, and can't wait to try more dishes on my next visit!

Discovered this new place and decided to give it a try, First thing that impressed me was the environment, no oily smoke smell in the restaurant even when the next table was eating the steamboat. Next that shock me was the price, very very cheap given that it is a restaurant and the food was so authentic, not your usual salty, sweet, spicy Thai food but the flavorful kind. No service charge but trust me that the service is far better than many establishment, always treating the customers there with a big smile, accommodating and feels more like a 5-Star hotel service than a restaurant. Lucky me to discover this gem!!! Intend to bring my family and friends there for gatherings. Thanks a lot Thai Goldmine Kitchen. Good Job!!
