This is a Michelin 2 star restaurant for good reason. The Szechuan style food is delicious! We had a vegetarian meal with Hot and sour soup, two varieties of dumplings, mapo tofu and stewed Japanese eggplant with spicy garlic sauce, followed by mango pudding.

A gentrified way of eating Szechuan cuisine. I felt the food didn’t have the spicy kick as the dishes were relatively muted. Otherwise a very grand restaurant to go with gorgeous lamps that frames the entire restaurant. It’s a place to enjoy the ambience.

For a 2 Michelin star restaurant, I honestly expected much more out of a Sichuan restaurant. Especially with the funkiness behind a Japanese chef doing sichuan food. But, wasn't getting much of that specialty out of my dining experience.
