A funny story: as my friends and I were walking into the restaurant, I casually mentioned that I used to frequent this place on my birthday for several years in a row. Little did I know this story was overheard by one of the staff and after our meal, the staff came over with a birthday sundae on the house! Thank you so much to the staff for the superb service throughout the night.
Food-wise, this visit was my first in over 10 years, and the food is still as good!! Had a bbq bacon cheeseburger and the patty was super juicy! Overall a delightful trip down memory lane coming back here.

It's my husband's dream to go Hardrock cafe for his birthday. So today, that dream finally came true. Just wanna say thanks for the very best burger, surprisingly good latte, friendly staff, and free birthday sundae. We weren't expecting to go on stage for everyone to sing happy birthday to him. Lol. That's a unique experience.
We'd definitely look forward when live performances are back. 🥰 -1 star because no live band so expectation for ambiance is a bit different. it's not 'hard rock' at the moment. 😅 And they missed out my message and was asked to walk in instead so I panicked thought we wouldn't get a table.

A trip to Hard Rock Cafe is part of the RediscoverSG Voucher that we have gotten. We had done the booking through a 3rd party as the tickets are not directly from Hard Rock Cafe. There seems to be some human error on the booking part as Hard Rock side do not have our reservation reflected. But thanks to the patience and excellent service staffs, they could easily resolve the issue and we are able to proceed with our lunch. Looking at the entitled lunch set menu for our vouchers, we are deciding on the choice of drinks, the selections available are all cold but we are really happy and glad to know that their ice lemon tea could come without ice and something even more delightful to us is that we could even have it without sugar, which is perfect for our diet. The main we chose is Fish and Chips. I would like to compliment that I haven't had such delicious Fish and Chips for quite awhile. This has a very old school taste. It is definitely value for the money and certainly worth the visit. This used to be a bustling haunt but this pandemic has make it worse. Do really hope that things will pick up soon and it will be able to rock the city again.

Food can't get more American than this. Believe the portions are the same as the portions I had in the US - totally worth the price paid.
In order as pictured, we had the original legendary burger and the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. I'll say there isn't that much difference in taste between the two other than the sauce served on the side. I loved the fries (hot and crispy) and the combined taste of the different elements in the burger. I'd prefer if patties are a bit more seared, but at least they are very juicy.
Service is excellent. Ambience is still as nice as before even without the music. Will be back again.

Humongous portions. The waiter told us not to worry as we can always takeaway the leftovers. But, we ate it all, down to the last morsel as the food was amazing. So embarrassing. Haha. Will definitely be back!

Now that dining in is resumed, we came to the Hard Rock for lunch. My wife got the lunch special with the ribs from their updated menu. I got a burger from the regular menu. Both were really satisfying. The service was also friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a lot better than the last visit and we look forward to returning. They also have a good chicken wing special on Wednesdays that we want to try next time.

If you want amazing authentic western food, Hard Rock Cafe is THE place to go! My second time coming here and will keep coming back as long as the food quality remains the same. This time, my friends and I got 2 legendary burgers and 2 baby back ribs. The ribs were absolutely fantastic!! Better than Tony Romas and Hurricanes in Australia! If that doesn’t say enough, let me add more. It’s so tender and juicy that it just falls off the bone! All it takes from you is to use your fork to pick up the pieces! The burgers were nice and flavourful but in my opinion, Black Tap is better. I will most definitely be coming back in the near future to eat their ribs again!

Friday: Nice ambience, good food, great company. The lunch set was $16 with soup, main and drink. My main complaint would be the small serving of fries. Quality was okay for the price. I liked how everyone's food came at almost the same time.

They are just wonderful
I did not eat the food, but my wife love it. The drinks, my wife love it, also allow to bring back the cup. As for me, it's the first alcoholic drink I drank for nine years .... So no comment, as I generally don't like the taste if alcoholic drinks.
The Hard Rock Store staff are very very patient. My wife was there like an hour trying on T-shirts after T-shirts, and make calls asking family for comments and choices, the staff all the while very helpful and has the smile on their face.
So it's a very BIG thumbs up for them.
If the management is looking at this, please pass my BIG thank you to the staff working at the souvenir shop on Wednesday June 14, at around 10pm. They were just great.

I've been to quite a few HRC around the world, Paris, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, KL, Singapore. Overall, the standards have declined a great deal. The staff are not as happy & fun as before, their waiting skills are sorely lacking. The music? They're not as good as say 10 years ago!
Last night, I was at the HRC Singapore Cuscaden, and was sorely disappointed with the overall service level, the food, the seating...sad. 😢

I’m a regular patron of Hard Rock Cafe, and this place is special to me because it was the restaurant that we took my father to celebrate when he was recovering from a major spinal operation and was well enough to walk again in 2015. I remember the great service and the extra attention paid to him, together with the manager personally wishing him a speedy recovery and gifting him with a Hard Rock Cafe cap.
Fast forward 2 years later, I brought my boyfriend and his family here on 27 Dec 2017 to celebrate his 30th birthday and it was an awesome celebration! The food and service continue to be excellent. We enjoyed a meal of delicious burgers and Hard Rock also surprised the birthday boy by inviting him to the stage, presenting him with a complimentary sundae and getting the entire restaurant to sing him “Happy Birthday.”
I also appreciate how the staff serve with constant smiles and take many photographs of us without any complaints. Thank you for making his 30th Birthday Celebration a memorable and special one!
And yes, I will continue to be a great fan of Hard Rock!

I have been to 14 hard rock cafes around the world, Singapore ranks below most of them. The food is great and up to their standard, however the night I was there in June 2017 (Sunday) they had a bunch of amateur singers on stage and the music was too loud. The place deserved better than that. The upstairs area where we prefer to dine was closed for renovations. Hopefully when completed it will enhance the place.

Been to many Hard Rock cafes around the world and this has to be least favourite. Food was ok but place has no atmosphere. Feels like your in a hall with a few bits from artists around the wall. Could barely hear the music. Disappointing

So waited 5min and servers everywhere walking around. Finally approached the manager to reflect that we are waiting and your servers are walking around... am told " just wait at the sign. Thats why there is a sign there. Someone will come to you." Great service

Really impressed with the helpfulness and service of the staff! Booked the Red Carpet Room for a private corporate event and we enjoyed the place so much that we moved down to the main bar after the event ended to enjoy more of the drinks and live music. Special mention to Cindy for her role in helping make this a success!
