Loved the bright and airy dining area with beautiful decor. The dim sum presentations were very creative and a delight to look at. Taste had to be a little compromised to cater for the aesthetic. Tea on the menu are super high quality as well.

This is my go to place for great Chinese food in a very nice environment. The place is so spacious and airy with full glass windows that you can admire the greenery outside as you dine. Their signature dim sum is really delicate and looks almost too beautiful to eat. I would say their dim sum lunch is a good option if u want a nice environment and still within a $50 per head budget.

Located at the furthest end of Dempsey, this restaurant serves decent Chinese cuisine and it recently became a hot spot for weddings. In general, food and service is great, I particularly enjoyed the Peking duck, a definite show stealer. Ambience is chill, and the space is good for about 120 pax. Dempsey has plenty of parking space, no worries on that. Can’t find the entrance? You’re not alone.

Lovely setting in the dining hall with a great view of the gardens around the restaurant. Food is well prepared but the Peking duck is a little underwhelming. Service is good and while the staff can get a little busy, they are always happy to help with anything.

Lets get this out of the way first. I absolutely love the ambiance. Very nice décor and environment for various occasions. Service was good and friendly albeit a little understaffed. Be sure to make reservations on a weekend to avoid disappointments. Price wise is on the high side. Parking should not be an issue. Food wise, portion is adequate. Generally taste good. Highlights were the abalone and bird nest (shark fin replacement). The Peking duck was not up to expectation. Seems to be a commonly mentioned let-down for this establishment. Skin is not crispy, coupled with the duck fat, makes a rather oily and soggy experience. In addition, the whole duck (meat) may not have been served. The durian mochi was quite good. Meal did leave me thirsty at night. All in all, I struggle to give this a solid 4 stars but giving it a 3 stars seems too low for my usual reviews. Considering the entire experience, I would give it a 3.5 stars. If only the duck was better; it would have been a solid 4 stars.

Min Jiang at Dempsey has a really good ambience that allows conversations to take place and relationships to be forged. Staff were attentive and professional. We went in the night, but I heard the view in the day is much better. The food were amazing in terms of presentation and taste. Overall I felt there was a good balance of taste, not too blend, spicy or sweet. Undecided if it was the food or the company was better. One thing for sure is that I thoroughly enjoyed myself here!
