First visit here and like the feel of this place from outside and its interior. Customers leave their mobile number to wait for a table.
On a Sunday brunch time, our table was not clean well and service was not prompt, and sometimes it takes a while to locate a staff, or need a reminder after the staff forgot a requested item 5 minutes ago.
Mid-range price and good to have food for junior too. Taste of food are mainly good for us all, with selected food portion may be good for sharing for 2 people.
Guess here will be a great place on an off-peak period.

We ordered 2 mushroom soups, Fsh & Chips , their special dish for the day, shrimp spaghetti, truffle fries and seafood basket.
The server is so sweet that he request the kitchen to split our soup into 4 bowls, and all food are nice catered easy sharing without us having to cut them.

really like the vibes here at raffles city ps cafe - nice ambience, classy and beautiful interior, perfect for a nice weekend brunch and hearty catch ups with friends and family. truffle fries great as usual. breakfast set was good, nothing special but quite a filling portion! slightly shorthanded but service generally good :)
Ordered the impossible burger and flat iron steak, blew us away. A must try is their truffle fries, which you can add on for $5 if your food item already has fries. Service is impeccable, just that we could tell they’re understaffed. We also had the double chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert. Seems like all ps cafe outlets have the same menu, so pick this outlet if you’d like a convenient location.
Service is very good. Wait was long but using an online queue system was good. Only down side is they allowed others to jump the queue a bit. Service is excellent, food is good and filling as per the usual high satisfaction of their quality as well as quantity, and ambience is nice, specially being the middle of a mall. With double height seems it has possibility to add a small mezzanine floor to have a few more tables which have a uniquly amazing view. Just an idea.
Located On the top floor of the raffles city mall looking like a greenhouse I’ve always liked the interior and exterior of this place. We made no booking however the queue was short thankfully and we were seated within 10 minutes.
My friend had the crab cake which was normal, whereas I had a the duck confit ragu rigatoni which is off the special menu written on the wall. This dish was excellent!
Overall really enjoyed the dinner and the service was great
