The place is a definite curiosity. If you appreciate artistic theatre and how childhood shapes our current lives you’ll appreciate this place with the tasting menu. Lovely food and atmosphere. Nice place to bring your partner too for a quiet night of surprise and romance. The Australian food concept is also interesting and off the beaten path. For the adventurous who wish to try something different. It’s also something of a bright spark among the sea of Italian, Korean and Japanese fare that litter the streets in town. Someone mentioned there were long pauses in between dishes I believe the tasting menu is as such. It’s to give your palette time to settle and cleanse between the items. You can always talk to your partner while you wait. Chef Drew himself came out to check on us and we thought he is so sweet and honourable. The staff are very kind and attentive too. Efficient at the same time. Thanks for a splendid evening.

Really good restaurant with no waste philosophy. Choice of set menu's with creative tastes and looks. Taste and quality of the food is very good. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Service is at the right speed for a multi course dinner. Restaurant is small with industrial feel. Parking garage around the corner. Reservations required.

Had the privilege of dining in at Salted & Hung on the Eve of Valentine’s. Pleasantly surprised at how full I was just 4 course into the dinner. Total bill for 2 pax with the Hokkaido Scallops add-on was $428 - very reasonable with the generosity of premium ingredients that were offered. One of the freshest, creamiest and sweetest uni I’ve had in my experience dining at various fine-dining restaurants. Overall a very great experience with great hospitality and service by the entire service crew. Thank yo Chef Drew & team - for making our Valentine’s a memorable one.

Get a counter seat if it’s available and it’s always a joy watching the chefs prepare each course. Menu changes so it’s always interesting to head back after a few months to see what’s new.

Is this the most underrated casual fine dining restaurant in Singapore? The answer is yes. Every dish is well thought out and balanced to perfection. If I could eat here every day I could. Service was nothing short of amazing. Will return - many times. Thanks again

I give 4 stars for the food. It was delicious, there was a lot of flavour and the presentation was creative and beautiful. Our main gripe was the pacing of the meal. There were many long pauses between the dishes. We started at 7.30 and we had not started desserts yet by 10.30. I think the service could be more attentive. The staff were very friendly but my water and wine glasses were not topped up regularly. They could also have observed the finishing of each course and tried to move it along. Overall the food won the night but I'm not sure if the overall experience was worth the price.
