Get a counter seat if it’s available and it’s always a joy watching the chefs prepare each course. Menu changes so it’s always interesting to head back after a few months to see what’s new.
Tried the restaurant week lunch. Admirable concept of minimun waste. No wow for the food as the combination was disjointed - ingredients mixed and flavor. The grilled oz sirloin was absolutely amazing and was the only stand-out of whole meal. Service staff tried hard but can be more polished.
Is this the most underrated casual fine dining restaurant in Singapore? The answer is yes. Every dish is well thought out and balanced to perfection. If I could eat here every day I could. Service was nothing short of amazing. Will return - many times. Thanks again
