The Chinatown Tan’s tutu kueh in this foodcourt is one of the two tutu kueh which is quite good in Singapore. There are not many places selling this traditional old school snack anymore, hence I am happy that this foodcourt has a cart selling. This tutu kueh has some bounce when u bite into it and
