We ordered set meal on mothers day. Enjoyed most of the food. Delicious appetiser, shark fin soup in the coconut and fried fish are excellent. Sea cucumber and abalone make the most exotic food for tonight.

Visited Min Jiang for Christmas lunch wanted to have dim sum for lunch. Was pretty packed but the staff were quite efficient and got us to our table within minutes. We went for the set menu for dinner. First few dishes came very fast and after that there was quite a big time gap between the 4th to 6th dishes. Still my favourite place ... for our yearly Lunar New Year lunch ... every dish is nice ... this year they are not serving Peking Duck ... but our first try of the Camphor Tea Duck is also surprisingly delicious ... the most important of all ... to be able to enjoy with the family ... simple lunch 😊

Very old looking hotel, min Jiang looks decent in decor and the food is good! Loved the fried fish fillet! Chinese styled fish and chips! Lovely 年糕too!

Good dim sum with nice ambience! Choose to sit next to the pool for a nicer view. Food was above average though pricing was a little steep. Service staff was also friendly though not always attentive. Really enjoyed the experience here!

Setting was beautiful and tasteful with modern interiors. Retains the feel of a well-established Chinese restaurant with polite and efficient service. Double-boiled soup was very hearty and nourishing. 4 stars as would not be my first choice for dim sum lunch - felt the dim sum could have been bet
