Honestly, the idea of elevated hawker food sounds terrible on paper. However, the dishes on Labyrinth's tasting menu all bring something new and interesting to the conversation. My husband and I paid our first visit to Restaurant Labyrinth which was made especially memorable and special, kudos to the staff (thank you Priscillia!) who arranged a special dessert announcement for the husband on short notice. They even customised the menu to accommodate my dietary restrictions
A few standout courses, but generally a good all round meal with great Southeast Asian flavors. Highlights were the pre-dinner snacks; and no shortage of food through the whole meal. Very worth a visit, especially for non Southeast Asian residents.
