The food here was really good-what you expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Service here is attentive and friendly as well. I really enjoyed the deluxe set meal-there was a really good variety of dishes which we could not finish, and each dish is done well with a bit of tweaks from the original.
Food was well-executed and especially liked the soup with the birds nest. The crocodile meat was quite unique and the XO flavour really made the dish very palatable. Beef was tender. Had a great Friday anniversary dinner at Summer Palace by ordering the Michelin Celebratory Set Dinner for 2 pax. The starters and soup are in particular impressive. Service provided was excellent, especially Allan who was servicing our table. Chinese tea was refilled promptly. Set dinner pricing wa
