Had the vegetarian paella. Authentic, but wished it was slightly more charred on the bottom. Also, the vegetables used could be improved, instead of just long beans red capsicum and too much rosemary. Those I had in valencia had artichoke and other good stuff. We ordered the 5 tapas from tapas tasting menu and my, portions are huge! Almost couldn't walk after. Luckily the waiter stopped us when we were looking at ordering 7 tapas, saying it will definitely be too much🤣 quality was top notch and it seemed pretty authentic too.
The best place for tapas in town, I loved the garlic prawn the most, it was full of flavours with the texture of fresh prawns. I also loved the pan seared foie gras. the outside was perfectly caramelized and the inside was moist and rich.
