It’s my first visit to Tippling. Ambience was nice a quiet until the guests on my next table arrived. His voice was loud n he never stopped talking. Food was good, but cocktails was better. I would say 80% of the food was excellent and the 20% is just average to me. Service by chef was great, but there’s something missing by the service staffs. I couldn’t feel that welcoming and warmth touch from them. I’ve been to several similar restaurants locally and overseas and the service was excellent. The staffs gave the warmth feeling that you want to return to dine there again despite the cost.

They had excellent cocktails as expected. What surprised me more was how stunning their vegetarian tasting menu was. Almost every course blew me away. It was much more innovative than I’d expected and full of flavor. I also had a few bites of the non-vegetarian tasting menu and will definitely go back to try it one day.

None of the drinks disappoints. It is one of those places where I can drink and the bartender leaves me alone with minimal conversation which is right up my alley. I am sure the food would be fabulous. Fine dining cuisine though. Good for a date night, not great for the wallet. So come here for special occasions if you wanna have their dinner menu. You might be blown away.

Tried their tasting menu… everything was good and quite a few surprising dishes that both hubby and I enjoyed very much. Came on Monday night… quiet and nice ambiance.. staff were friendly and attentive. Good value for $$!

We had a great Chinese New Year dinner here with Tippling Club. The whole tasting menu is incredibly innovative and refreshing, it includes six appetisers, five mains and four desserts. Each dish is reasonably apportioned as well as being super filling when you finish them all! The presentation is also next level and the decor of the restaurant is unique (love the nods to Basquiat :) Thank you, Chef Ryan Clift and your top notch team!

Lovely tasting menu, a well-curated and reinvented selection of nouvelle cuisine with a strong Japanese influence. Two of our party opted for the vegetarian menu, which was impressively varied and creative. The food was playful and visually exciting, which is always appreciated.

Saw one of my friends visited this place recently and I really want to try the Foie Gras Cheesecake so I booked for lunch immediately. And wow! This set lunch really impressed me. My partner and I love the richness of the flavours in all the dishes. The cocktails enhanced the sweetness of the dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Kingfish and the Lamb. (I could still remember their taste vividly...) Will definitely return for their food and cocktails!!
