Very fine balance of flavours that surprise you as you go deeper into the layers of their delicacies. My favourite is the slow cooked ocean trout and the entrees. The bread and butter is their specialty and served with much care and finesse.
Went here for Saturday lunch during the Nespresso restaurant week. Enjoyed a very reasonably priced fixed menu. As my partner has an allergy some of the dishes were adapted for her. Food taste is really good. Choice of ingredients is creative without going too avant garde. Dishes are well presented.
