I used this place 2 times (both on 14th of July): first experience was very good. Despite busy day and the crowd, cashier who's name was Amanda was really friendly and kind. Wrong change was given. the manager had to count all money in the tilt. After more than 15 mins, they told me that I was correct, but no explaination why they short change me. I told the manager many times the worker put my money under the tilt tray. Count the change if you eat there.

A very busy branch of McDonald's! A limited menu and pork free options for breakfast. Service was fast enough, but if its busy getting a seat can be a challenge.

Workers has no manners at all. I saw a kid walk inside the area that a worker was mopping the floor and the worker shouted at him telling him to get out instead of talking politely, the kid was a 9 year old boy.

McDonald's at IFLY on Sentosa is usually very crowded during peak hours. Seating is hard to find. Furthermore, pricing is inflated over average McDonald's in the heartlands. Overall would not really recommend given its shortcomings. Try taking away McDonald's from Vivo city instead.
