Good food, great service, nice ambience albeit a little out of the way since it is on Sentosa. The lobster bisque had bits of lobster meat & the mushroom soup is made from fresh mushrooms. Steak was tasty too. And the hor fun was really good. Service was great, in particular Javon Low. Really cheery, polite and attentive.
Tasty and nice. The fish and chips stands out in particular for me. Drinking water was served.
How to get there - go in by the hotel entrance, keep right and keep walking up, take the lift to level 2.
We been to Shutters couple of times as it is one place that we can easily get seated quickly in nice cosy environment and the food was always good. This round however it fell a little short with the fish and chips as part of the batter look underdone. Still a nice place to get a decent meal.
