Reached around 6.30pm and was immediately allocated a sofa seat. Decent and spacious, comfortable eating setting in this Covid endemic situation.
Food quality is the usual sushi tei standard. Tasty and of quality. Service staff are friendly and meticulous. Filling up the tea from time to time once the cup was empty. And what surprised me was that the staff actually came to me and ask if I am a UOB card member as I can be entitled a 1 for 1 promo for the lobster salad sushi which I ordered as ala carte, not knowing of the promotion.
Happy food, happy tummy and a great time with my mummy!

As usual, the food standard was quite good and service was prompt. There was a UOB 1-for-1 promotion (first photo) and a seasonal menu offering different cuts of toro (second photo). Delicious!

Always a long wait during peak period. Ordered tiger prawn roll, ika tempura, kani maki. Tiger prawn roll was always good. Size of the tiger prawn was the key as the ratio of prawn to rest of roll was critical. Ika tempura was crispy and soft. Fried crab maki was good too, the flavor came together well. The free flow green tea was great too as the service was always or prompt to top up the tea.

Don’t know why this wasn’t being reviewed since it is one of my favourite Japanese chains around 🤔
Nonetheless, the food and service was good, tried a different dish today (Kaisen kaminabe - seafood noodle) and it brought about a clean palette to things 👍🏻
Will definitely revisit if I’m in the area looking for Japanese cuisine.
